Biography

Melissa Elam has lived in Vienna for nearly 20 years and has a long history of service and leadership in the community.  She is an active member of Vienna Baptist Church and is on the Children’s Ministry Team.   Melissa resides in Vienna with her sons, Chaz and Tyson.

In addition to being Recorder, she also serves on the Park Board, Rec Board, and Budget and Finance Committee.
